Fresh Salsa

- I admit it, I’m the kind of person that can eat salsa just about any time of the day, any day of the year. I really just love the stuff – doesn’t matter if it is fresh or canned, I’m lovin salsa.
- There is a lady who works where I do and she makes this all the time, and any time this stuff comes out, people go crazy over it. The flavors are so well balanced and so perfectly blended. (ha…..sounds like I’m an expert or something).
It all starts with a big can of crushed tomatoes, along with some garlic powder, garlic salt, and onion onion salt. Stir that all up together. Then in the food processor, cut up some green onions, Anaheim pepper, jalapeno pepper and a banana pepper with some fresh garlic, cilantro and the juice from one lime, I chopped that stuff up pretty fine, actually kind of pureed it.
Throw that stuff together in the same bowl and give it a stir……the smell is awesome and the flavor……..incredible!
Serve with tortilla chips, be careful though……it’s more – ish!
